Um, yea. This was my post-apocalyptic-voodoo halloween costume head-dress. Once again I was a little amazed that this thing, minus the pumpkin of course, stayed on my head all night long. In the wee hours I actually figured out how to hold onto the tire tube/dreads and move the monkey around on my head like a puppet.
