[Blackhat Share]-Looking for email marketing/autoresponder that doesn't require opt in lists.

Can anyone please help me find a good email marketing service that lets you just upload a list and send it without any hassle? I'm only sending between 10k-20k a week and only using each list once a year or so. How do you get past opt in?
