"Evertales" uses Crescent Moon Games' own 3D graphics engine. The visual effect is gorgeous with beautifully rendered 3D characters and environments along with masterfully crafted 2D interface. In "Evertales", players will set off on a journey with 3 unique heroes each of whom has his strengths and skills. Sir Jorgin, a noble knight past his prime is a strong melee fighter who is tough against damage but cannot deal ranged attack. Arwick, a ladies' man and elf rogue is specialized in physical ranged attack, charm, and possesses the wonderful double jump but his attack damage is not so high. Taragon, a wise, old, and somewhat senile wizard can use powerful spells but his HP is a little low. To make use of the advantages of each hero, players need to switch between them in different sceneries by tapping on the corresponding character icon on the top left corner. The game also offers us a variety of weapons and armors to help us better seek the glory and slay our enemies. Those weapons range from swords, bows, staves, and even Molotovs. We can then unlock and upgrade the equipment with the coins earned during the game.
There are six chapters in "Evertales". Each is composed of a few levels. Because the boss fight in some levels are relatively easy, the overall game session will not last for a long time. Hardcore players can soon clear all the levels. I personally look forward to more contents that can be added to "Evertales" such as a few levels with more challenging boss fights.
